So when/where is the Silvermist/shadow legion/eventide vs Veccavian army battle going to happen? And how will it happen? will Mordred or MM start it and tell us how it will work? all of us are kind of in the dark when it comes to how the actual battle works.

Me too, I am just doing the grand strategic stuff, MitchyMatt is doing the battles. Hopefully he will let us know this evening.

Sorry if all the battles are in the dark. This is still new to all of us and were trying to get everything organized. Im about to start the Siege of Ravenstern and tell the GM of the Griffons to tell his men to come to that specific event thread here.

Is it possible to send scouts and spies to events one does not take part in? I would very much like to have an independent source of information, as my character would surely not trust the words of e.g. an ebony gauntlet if it comes down to it.
You (Morderd and/or Mitchell) could determine how much intelligence is gained by the scout/spy.

so are the scouts I deployed to Ravenstern allowed to tell me what happened in the battle? Meaning, could you tell me what my scouts would report?

Yes, and I will once there is something to report. Note that it will not include any strategic information beyond what they would actually see.

I understand that. they will watch the battle from cover (maybe trees or the edge of the battle or something)

how exactly is a silvermist supposed to travel to veccavia to spy on men doing the kings business.

Lol. They are trained to avoid those random events And yes, I sent a few squads to scout Ravenstern and other cities for any other signs of rebellion.

There wont be any rebelling when theres battles going on, the peasants are well equipped to do anything... The Silvermist are mainly focused on the sea campaign. Not really anywhere else.

Remember that if you send men out to scout, your main battle force will suffer for it and you and your allies may take more casualties than otherwise.
