Remark: Town and Castle upgrades are not subject to influence level discount as they always have 100 % build chance, so they have to be paid in full.

Now the orders exceed your budget + expected income. Keep in mind that the flax price will drop considerably if you throw six additional tons of it onto the market.

Hmm, someohow you seem to have taken the wrong numbers. Large Town costs 17500 and Medium Town 7500, i.e. both would work. Feel free to change your orders accordingly.
