| Hey,
Just letting you know I'm now in your event. In the next few days my character might join you in your stuff, with a bunch of freshbaked bloodthirsty rangers.
It all depends whether we succeed in driving the gauntlets out of Hex 55 until tomorrow. After that my character will be free to travel to Cez.
For the sake of RP: Theo is with 5 more rangers getting intel on Gauntlet's position and operations in Hex 55. More silvermists are coming. There is a probability of skirmish between gauntlets and silvermists-legion there.

| In Hex 55.
If the gauntlets don't retreat completely this turn, we will have to drive them out somehow. This can be done peacefully, i.e. only with influence, which your 100 legionnaries provide in abundance. But any side can declare an attack at any time (which is quicker than influence). The legion has a strong foot there, in theory it's only a matter of time to remove them.
It is my order's wish NOT to attack, but who knows what gauntlets will do. They are crazy.
Technically, Mordred is calculating stuff and discussing with other GMs how are skirmishes conducted in the board. This is not a good sign. But let's wait. Strategically, I just want to know a) how many they are, and b) what they are doing/building there. We need this info before considering a bolder movement.
Honestly, we silvermists still don't have the special team to assassinate them at night and go away unnoticed. But don't tell anyone. We can do it, but it's still too risky.
So: if: I get this info (only the numbers would be enough), and: if: their influence is neutralized. then: we can move on.

| Yes, I've made an analysis for the silvermist some time ago, concerning the future of all hexes.
For the gauntlets it was something like this:
"We *will* have problems with Hex 55. The gauntlets have no other way to spread out, and their decision maker is brash and stupid enough to do it. All logic points out to conflict at that precise spot". I was right, which is a bad thing.
If it does come to war, it is of utmost importance that THEY be the ones that started it. The king will punish them for breaking the peace.
Now would be a good time, however. They are separated, a part trapped in Laria's mini event, and another in Hex 55. 100 legionnaires plus 100 rangers can deal a nice blow and make them think twice next time.
But, let's wait their move. We should not do anything yet.

| Accidentally deleted my post. Our silvermist friend is not deranged, my post was kind of my prediction on the gauntlets. I figured even with a awesome leader they would have no choice but to fight and not be boxed in. edit: Or did i edit it? Man my memory is bad. | |

| Yeah, we should just begin raiding their supply lines. And clear the lands around them of anything they could hunt. Starve them aye?
I have no idea of how many Gauntlets there are.

| You would have to order that somehow as part of the weekly meta-game. As I said, I was ordered to refrain from all kinds of aggressive actions, so I still couldn't help you with the pillaging. But it's a good idea, you have my moral support I'm just waiting for them to make their bad move so that we can unleash the silvermist fury. EDIT, NEW INFO: it seems that my order will use this week a number of rangers in Hex 55 to help you with your influence-fight. In total we should be around 130 people there, so it is very possible that this will neutralize gauntlet influnce peacefully in the hex. | |

| Great. I'm still not sure what exactly Iskar wants to do with the 25 rangers there, though.

| I've finally read it all. This is what I got - please tell me if something is wrong.
The snake cult will invade the Eastern coast, near Cez. The legion is preparing Cez defenses for a siege. At this moment, you are all at Cez, training people and waiting (?) for something to happen. There is absolutely no doubt that the snakes are coming.

| I fear I have to correct you saeros: 25 rangers including your squad and 20 additional mounted rangers are under your command and will thus stop by in 55 to see what is to be done. After you arrive at Cez, the 25 rangers already stationed there will be at your command, leaving you with 70 men in total.
Anyway: Why not put the 25 rangers you already got down there to some good use, Marcus? You know they are good at scouting, setting up traps and so on and could also set up a line of watchposts along the coast.

| Yeah, I can't really do things with numbers, only percentages and probabilities. If I make the same equation thrice, I always get three different results. That's why I'm in Sprachwissenschaft | |
