We hereby request that all lords, merchants and people of Pendor produce a number of commodities to be sold directly to the crown at the following rates.

Note; these are arbitrary scores only, NOT actual numbers. Different values are weighted in different ways to give a better indication of actual strength, for instance a knight is worth more points than a militia man, likewise income is weighted more heavily than banked cash. Therefore those with a high Knight rating compared to the other categories are likely more elitist in their recruitment, while those with high Retainer or Pendor rankings likely flesh their forces out with more irregular soldiers. Knight : Indication of the Order Knightly forces at their disposal. Retainers : Indication of the Order Retainer forces at their disposal. P. Knights : Indication of the (generic Pendor) Knightly forces at their disposal. P. Regulars : Indication of the Order Regular and generic Regular forces at their disposal. P. Militia : Indication of the generic Militia forces at their disposal. Naval : Indication of the shipping at their disposal. Total Military : Indication of their total military strength. Banked : Indication of the banked funds at their disposal. Income : Indication of the additional weekly income at their disposal (resources and infrastructure). Surplus : Indication of the base weekly income at their disposal (production values from lands and improvements). Total Economy : Indication of their total economic clout. Economy : Economic ranking in relation to the other Orders. Military : Military ranking in relation to the other Orders. Overall : Indication of the total power of the Order in relation to the others.

New changes
Trading and Storing Resources: Bazaars, Marketplaces and Caravan Stops now enable the owner to buy and sell resources. The rates are as follows: Bazaar: Buy at 1500, Sell at 500 Marketplace: Buy at 1250, Sell at 750 Caravan Stop: Buy at 1000, Sell at 1000 This applies to all resources except gold. Furthermore, in order to make raiding options more interesting, the location of storage for stored resources must be noted in your orders. Chapterhouses provide room for storage according to their level via "Storage slots = 3 x level of the Chapterhouse". When you ship resources betweeen your holdings or between bazaars and the destination of the resource, note in your orders which route your caravans take.

| IMPORTANT: This will only take effect with the start of the next season, i.e. for the coming three turns we will still use the old system. You should however start thinking about your storage and caravan policy in the meantime. | |

| Here are the new rankings. The Ownership map above is current. - Spoiler:
Could all Orders please check their Reports carefully, and PM me with any inaccuracies. For instance, one Order noticed that their Resource Production did not tally with their actual Resource buildings. I had to manually count those at about 4AM, so mistakes are likely.

| Important Note: There are some issues with the MD reports with the supply/tax ratio being somewhat corrupted. We will look into this and try to find out where the mistake happened. Please ignore your current reports until further notice. Orders will be due two days after we post up the proper reports. | |

| Here is the link to the complete Spreadsheet as of S2T2. Since those are a lot of numbers here's a summary: Griffons: Income ~15000, dominance in the iron trade, moderately developed holdings (except Sarleon which is highly developed) with emphasis on towns rather than castles, moderate military strength (average order size, some militia and regulars), considerable tactical assets from the PASW, weak strategic position due to unconnected holdings. Dragons: Income ~30000, dominance in granite trade, marble monopoly, weakly developed holdings with emphasis on castles (if any), high military strength (large order size, considerable militia forces, some ships), no tactical assets, strong strategic position due to Ravenstern's border bottlenecks. Dawn: Income ~23000, balanced resources, moderately to well developed holdings, balance between towns and castles, very high military strength (very large order, considerable militia, regular and mercenary forces, several ships), strategic assets from coastal defense lines, moderate strategic position due to holdings being compact but bordering several orders. Gauntlet: Income ~9000, weak resources, weakly to moderately developed holdings, emphasis on castles (if any), moderate military strength (large order, but no supporting troops), no tactical assets, moderate strategic position. Eventide: Income ~17000, dominance in the spice trade, well developed holdings, emphasis on castles, moderate military strength (average order size, some supporting troops), tactical assets of shady nature, moderate strategic position. Legion: Income ~17000, balanced resources including spice with emphasis on timber, well developed holdings, moderate to high military strength (average order size, several suporting troops, some ships [pending Cez-event]), no tactical assets, moderate strategic position. Silvermist: Income ~33000, balanced resources including spice and gold, very well developed holdings with emphasis on castles, supreme military strength (large order, huge supporting army, some ships [pending Cez-event]), strong tactical assets from PASW knowledge + secret laboratory and EPTC links, moderate strategic position. | |
