To make it even, we can make them earn experience in the same proportion, i.e. according to how many metagame turns have passed.

That said: wars are expensive.

The legion might have a bit of Supply to trade if there is much need...

There is a problem in that. Namely this would have to be calculated for everyone else too! Still, it was your decision to send a gigantic army. There will be benefits and drawbacks to that.

I think the next thing we will have to reform in the metagame is its timescale. I'm having serious problems understading it.

Because there is none, lol. Officially each turn is a month, so three turns are a season. Maybe we will be able to get into accord with that once the terribly slow events are done and RP is more player-driven. (E.g. we made more decisions in Eastern Politcs in a few days than in the throne room in weeks.)

Which is why the world should bend to our will.

Which is because you had monopoly in the eastern politics, and thus didn't have to argue with other orders. If, for example, Dawn could made all the decisions in Western politics they would come quite fast.
