No, I just started it there. Iskar is visiting Quigfen to ask him something.

In case you do not have that information: Quigfen lives in a stately manor in the well off eastern part of the city.

@Iskar: expect the first post with Quigfen after the weekend, I'm gone from tomorrow until sunday evening...

Note: With the latest orders a sheriff was installed in Eastcrown. You can consider the construction of the house harbouring his office within the castle to have been finished very recently. He and the men of his patrol would be rather new and not have too much experience (so we cannot simply say "Let the Sheriff solve the problem").

I actually wanted to wait for Aldric to lead the 20 rangers to Eastcrown, but since he seems to be busy otherwise I'd say they just arrive at Eastcrown, reporting for duty.

Errm, whom? Aldric? I doubt he is actively taking part in this currently. If you have an idea already, feel free to let the rangers arrive at Eastcrown.

Yep. If he wants to jump in at a later point he can still do so and take command of them.

Psst, Reiner, Eastcrown County is held by the Silvermist with the Grandmaster/Lord Constable acting as its baron. The county is currently ruled by a chancellor (who reports to the Clarion Hall and receives his orders from there), commanding a seneshal, two castellans and several bailiffs.
