I would really like to, but ethics departments aren't very international there, and to that there are very few open positions. It's quite hard to find in them someone trained outside Canada and the US.

no, i said tea partiers would not be accepted in the majority of places. or at least thats what i intended to say. then again, thats just most of the people i have met and myself's opinion, so you may be accepted in Alberta. they are pretty much Texas anyways.

some friends and i made Epic Meal Time's chili four loco for thanksgiving 2 years ago. it was amazing.

Speaking of hearts, dried reindeer heart is extremely good. Excellent food when you go hiking or other wise as snack during a day. Can be done with cows heart also.

And pork ain't that bad. Good ham in Christmas and after that you take the leftovers and make a good peasoup.

And by the way, has any of you tasted stick that has been poked in ants nest. When the ants spray Formic acid on the stick just scrape any ants off the stick and lick it clean. It tastes very good, I do this almost every trip to forest in the summer.

And last but least, some foods made out of blood are good, you should taste them. Of course it depends what blood is used how the food is made.
