Don't make it something foreseeable OOC unless its forseeable IC too, otherwise we'll find alot of people "SCOUTING" the woods the bandits enter from.

Exactly, if possible, till sheriff is alive(which may be for not to long) bandit raids should be more cordinated, and focused on poorer villages(since they can't pay) if i am to die, bandit raids should become very chaotic, since there will be no more one group controlling the region.

Not yet - I've been meaning to get around to that for a while now. I've also been thinking about formations, which then imply their own sets of equipment as being ideal.
